BT Young Scientist
The BT Young Scientist Exhibition takes place in the RDS in Dublin every year. The vast majority of entries are secondary school age students and there are some AMAZING projects. There is also a small primary school section for 5th and 6th class entries. However, on top of the school exhibitions there are a large number of stands from various companies with all sorts of things to do and see. My son in particular had a great time exploring this area. There are also shows you can go to which are fantastic!
My top tips for the day:
Use public transport if you can to get there
Plan your day in advance – print off the timetable from the website and choose which shows you will go to and then stick to that schedule. We got to see everything we wanted to because we planned ahead.
