Atmosphere is a one day, small, free, family friendly festival in Dun Laoghaire celebrating balloons, kites and flight! Come along to see all sorts of kites and giant balloons in the sky, make your own kite and try flying it, check out some of the rides and activities and take home a balloon model. Simple, family fun outdoors!
