Cruinniú na nÓg
Cruinniú na nÓg translates as a gathering of the young. It is a relatively new, annual event for children with different events and activities happening across the island. It takes place in June and the events are free. Booking in advance is needed as some of the events are very popular!
Two years ago we headed to the library in Dun Laoghaire where there were a numbers of events on. L particularly enjoyed a lego workshop while A really enjoyed a gymboree class. Outside there was also a mime artist and some a stilt walker for some more entertainment.
Last year we headed to Russborough House where they had a day of activities including concerts, a bike track and art classes with clay and paint.
Keep an eye on their website for 2021’s activities!
