Painting with toilet rolls
16 August 2020
Toilet rolls are really versatile. We have used them for print making before as you can shape them into various shapes and then use them to dip into paint and print a shape onto paper. We have also stuck three together to make a shamrock shape for some fun St Patrick’s Day art.
In this activity I cut slits into the end of a toilet roll and let A dip the toilet roll into the paint and then onto her page. Great, simple and messy fun!
We also did a very similar activity with the toilet roll cut like this, black paper and bright colours to create a firework effect.
