Spaghetti Bolognese

This is Mark’s fabulous spaghetti bolognese recipe with special ingredient! Enjoy!


500g mince

2 tins chopped tomatoes

2-3 tablespoons tomato puree


Worchester sauce


1 onion

2 cloves garlic

2 carrots



Chop the onion and crush the garlic. Add a little oil to the pan and cook the onion and garlic for around 5 minutes. Chop the rashers and carrots and add them to the pan. Cook for another 5 mins. Add the mince and brown it along with some dashes of Worchester sauce. When the mince is fully cooked add the tomato puree and the 2 tins of chopped tomatoes and let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes. During this time you can cook the spaghetti to your liking. When the spaghetti is cooked drain it and serve the bolognese with the spaghetti along with some garlic bread and parmesan cheese.
