The National Print Museum
This museum is one of the lesser known museums in Dublin it is definitely worth a trip! It is very child friendly and my kids loved it! They got to make their own prints upstairs where there is a craft space but they also got to try out some of the different printing machines and see some of the machines in action thanks to the wonderful staff who work there. It was great fun to place the individual letters of their names and then see them printed onto paper. They were able to take away everything they printed too which was brilliant.
The museum is located in the grounds of the Beggar’s Bush Barracks in Dublin 4. They also have special events sometimes so it’s worth keeping an eye out on their website. It’s a great trip to fill in a rainy day!
