Airfield is located in Dundrum in South Dublin. It was once owned by the Overend family and then left to the people of Ireland. It is now open to the public and is a popular venue for a family day out.
As well as family friendly events (such as Woolapoloosa and Playstival) you can also visit Airfield all year round. There is a working farm there where you can see the eggs being collected and taste milk straight from the cow. There’s a cafe and garden shop as well as tours of the old house and a small indoor play area. There are also some great climbing trees!
Annual passes are available for those who plan to visit often. Alternatively you can pay the entrance fee. There is car parking available and it is also situated close to the Ballally Luas stop (green line).
