Put your paint into individual tubs and add some water to each. Dip a straw into one of the colours and cover the other end of the straw with your finger to create a sort of vacuum and prevent the paint from dripping off the end. Move the straw to the paper and then remove your finger from the end so that the watered down paint drips onto the page. Now, place the straw near the blob of watery paint and gently blow into the straw. The air will move the paint around. Repeat with other straws and other colours to create the effect.
When dry you could draw faces onto the paint blobs to create little monsters or imaginary creatures!
