With a decent size Chinese population in Ireland there is now an annual Chinese New Year festival in Dublin. We headed along the other year and had a super day out. From delicious Chinese snacks, to huge dragons, from trying Chinese writing to browsing in the little market, from tea making demonstrations to table tennis matches and crafts there was something for everyone. L and A got to try writing some Chinese symbols and had a blast with so much to do and see.
This is a free event and worthwhile to learn a little bit more about the Chinese people and their culture and heritage.
